Which are the Most and Least Safe Neighborhoods in Saskatoon?

Safe: Silverwood Heights

Silverwood heights is a small residential neighbourhood located in north-central Saskatoon. Silverwood Heights is considered to be a middle to high income neighbourhood, mostly consisting of homeowners. Silverwood Heights is often considered a safe neighbourhood, being on the lower end of the crime map.

Less Safe: Confederation Park

Confederation Park is a subdivision located on the west side of Saskatoon. Confederation Park is a lower income neighbourhood, with an average family income in the low fifty thousands. Confederation Park is considered to be a less safe neighbourhood, showing a higher crime rate when looking at the Saskatoon Crime Map.

Safe: Lawson Heights

Similar to Silverwood Heights, Lawson Heights is located in Northern Saskatoon, and is a middle income neighbourhood. Lawson Heights has a lower home ownership rate compared to Silverwood Heights, but is also low on the crime map.

Less Safe: Pacific Heights

Located in North West Saskatoon, Pacific Heights is a low to middle class neighbourhood that does have a higher crime rate compared to other Saskatoon neighbourhoods.
